Welcome to HireBridgeJobs.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HireBridgeJobs.com, including our website, applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

HireBridgeJobs.com provides information about visa-sponsored remote roles, but nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, immigration, or professional advice. Visa eligibility, sponsorship terms, and immigration outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and the laws of the relevant country. Always consult a qualified immigration attorney or the relevant government authority before making employment or immigration decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating your profile, posting jobs, or submitting applications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as described in Section 8.

By using HireBridgeJobs.com, you agree NOT to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, or misrepresent visa sponsorship availability, terms, or process
• Submit fraudulent applications, falsified resumes, or impersonate another individual or organization
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users, whether employer-to-applicant or applicant-to-employer
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees, including using the Platform to identify candidates or roles and then completing hiring off-platform to avoid posting fees
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful

We reserve the right to review, remove, or reject any content that violates these standards.

You will not use HireBridgeJobs.com to discriminate unlawfully, charge job seekers for applications or sponsorship, post false visa sponsorship claims, impersonate others, transmit malware, or interfere with the Platform’s operation. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.

Browsing jobs and applying is free. Employers pay a one-time fee to publish each job listing, which covers listing the job on the Platform and does not guarantee any number of applicants, interviews, or a successful hire. Certain features are available through paid subscription plans, billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at signup). Job seekers residing in eligible countries may receive complimentary access to certain premium features, at our discretion.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We may change subscription pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for future billing cycles. Fees and features are listed on our Pricing page and may change.

All fees are non-refundable, including subscription payments and one-time job posting fees, except as required by applicable law.

Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Discretionary exceptions: HireBridgeJobs.com may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in cases of a verified billing error or a technical failure that prevented all use of the Platform during the paid period.

No refund upon suspension or termination: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms (see Section 10), you are not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, whether subscription-based or one-time.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, applications, postings, reviews). You grant HireBridgeJobs.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Platform.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harassing, or that contains sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform. You may stop using HireBridgeJobs.com at any time. Where practical, we will provide notice of the reason for suspension or termination.

Appeals: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us at hello@hirebridgejobs.com to request a review. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) remain in effect.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use HireBridgeJobs.com for its intended purpose. You may not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform or its data, or use it to build a competing service, except as permitted by applicable law.

HireBridgeJobs.com is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, visa sponsorship approval, or any specific outcome from use of the Platform. HireBridgeJobs.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Visa sponsorship information, including eligibility summaries and processing timelines shown on the Platform, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or immigration advice. We make reasonable efforts to verify employer sponsorship claims but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by employers or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireBridgeJobs.com and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, visa denial, or financial loss.

You agree to indemnify and hold HireBridgeJobs.com harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of HireBridgeJobs.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy. How we collect, use, and share your information is described there. If you have questions about data handling, contact us through the Contact page.

The Platform integrates with third-party services for payments and other features. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties, and any employment decision rests between you and the employer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform and reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
