HireBridgeJobs.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Platform”) connects job seekers with employers offering visa-sponsored remote roles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all visitors and registered users of the Platform.

Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed), country of residence, and role (job seeker or employer).

Profile information: Job seekers may add location, city, state/region, resume files, and application details. Employers may add company name, website, logo, and sponsorship history.

Job and application data: Job postings, applications, application status history, offers, and applicant reviews.

Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or CVC codes on our servers; we retain only transaction references and billing metadata.

Usage data: Device information, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction logs used to operate and improve the Platform.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and profile
• Match job seekers with relevant visa-sponsored roles and employers with applicants
• Process job postings, applications, offers, and status updates
• Process subscription and posting-fee payments via our payment provider
• Send notifications about applications, new jobs, and account activity
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

For users in the European Economic Area and the UK, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Platform services you requested), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Platform), your consent (optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

We share your information only as necessary to operate the Platform and as described below:

• Between users: Application materials and resume files are visible to the employer for the job you applied to. Employer job postings and company profiles are visible to job seekers. Reviews of sponsorship experiences are displayed without exposing reviewer identity.
• Service providers: We use trusted third parties for hosting, authentication, database storage, and payment processing (Stripe). They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate agreements.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HireBridgeJobs.com, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform services. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (such as tax or billing records) or to resolve disputes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level database access controls, and restricted internal access. Resume files and other private documents are stored with access limited to the owner and the employer for the relevant application.

Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
