Job summary The Mandeville Practice, a dynamic and growing practice in Bucks, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate would maintain our values of excellent patient care and join our vision of meeting the health needs of our diverse population. Previous experience of working as a HCA in a NHS GP Practice would be advantageous. The successful candidate would work as part of an excellent administrative and a multidisciplinary clinical team (including GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Clinical Pharmacists). We aim to develop positive, supportive and professional relationships with every patient, clinician and allied professionals that we come in contact with We use Emis Web clinical system Working hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week Main duties of the job To assist in patient care and practice related duties as directed by and under the supervision of a registered healthcare professional. The post holder will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
