Job description

We are looking for Fellows for 3 to 6 months. Advise. Invest. Build. Meet ALAIKA — a new kind of Financial Services firm — globally scaling, headquartered in Munich. The work is hard. The bar is high. Convince during your Fellowship and earn the opportunity to join ALAIKA full-time after graduation, with partner-track ambition from day one. Stop reading if any of these describe you:
<li data-leveltext="•" data-font="Aptos" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":220,"469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"•","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Drive. You need someone to fire the starting gun → We only hire people who can prove they are intrinsically driven and execute.

<li data-leveltext="•" data-font="Aptos" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":220,"469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"•","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Ownership. You spot the problem and walk it to your boss → We fall in love with problems. Own them. Solve them.
