PRN On-Call Experienced Phlebotomists - 27-32 per Hour & Bonuses

ANY LAB TEST NOW® is building a small team of highly experienced PRN phlebotomists who can step in when we need additional coverage at our Colorado locations. This is not a traditional part-time position with a fixed weekly schedule. It is designed for experienced phlebotomists who want flexible supplemental hours and are willing to pick up occasional shifts, including short-notice coverage. COMPENSATION • $27–$32 per hour, based on experience • Additional $50–$100 bonus for qualifying short-notice shifts • Opportunities for additional hours when covering vacations, call-outs, staffing gaps, or increased customer demand Short-notice bonuses will vary based on the amount of notice, shift length, location, and urgency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are specifically looking for VERY EXPERIENCED phlebotomists who can walk into a location and work independently with minimal training or supervision. Qualified candidates should have: • Extensive hands-on venipuncture experience • Excellent success with difficult draws • Strong butterfly and straight-needle technique • Experience drawing patients across a wide range of ages and vein quality • Excellent specimen labeling, processing, and handling skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow laboratory requirements precisely • Professional, confident, customer-focused demeanor • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment • Dependable transportation and a strong record of reliability This position is not intended for newly trained or entry-level phlebotomists. FLEXIBILITY & TRAVEL PRN team members must be willing to: • Accept occasional shifts based on business needs • Consider short-notice coverage when available • Work at different ANY LAB TEST NOW locations as needed • Travel up to approximately 50 miles round trip when required • Potentially work weekday or Saturday shifts You are not expected to accept every shift offered. However, we are looking for individuals who genuinely want flexible PRN work and can provide dependable coverage when they commit to a shift.
