Job summary We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Paramedic to join our friendly and supportive team at Chiltern House Medical Centre on a full-time or part-time basis. Main duties of the job The Paramedic will act as a specialist clinical resource, working autonomously within the community to assess, diagnose, treat, refer, or signpost patients presenting with undifferentiated or undiagnosed conditions related to minor illness or injury. Collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, the role involves delivering holistic, patient-centred care, supporting self-care and informed decision-making. The post holder will also be required to carry out home visits and must have access to a vehicle, with reasonable travel expenses reimbursed in line with the organisations policy.
