Pharmacy Technician - Full Time

Position Title: Pharmacy Technician Position Summary: CompleteRx is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Moore County Hospital District, a 25-bed acute care facility in Dumas, TX. Work Schedule Full-Time position: 32 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) Hours: 8am - 5pm (1-hour lunch) The pharmacy is closed on the evenings and weekends. We Offer: Earn your IV Certification with on-the-job training. What You Will Do: Ensures procurement and distribution of drug orders. Identifies and fills replacement medications on emergency crash carts, OR carts and floor stock accurately. Prepares sterile products (including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition) accurately. Delivers medications and supplies to patient care and ancillary areas accurately. Rotates stock to ensure use before expiration date. Picks up orders, requisitions, and medications for return from patient care areas when on delivery rounds. Enters charges and credits for patient medications accurately. Identifies and replaces outdated and unusable drugs. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Six months of pharmacy technician experience is a plus. Possess current pharmacy technician license in the State of Texas. Possess current National Pharmacy Technician certification. Possess I.V. certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire date and we will train. Successful completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician training course is a plus. Apply Today!
