Compensation & Incentives : Compensation: $45 - $50 with uncapped bonus earning potential Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Incentives on hygiene products Employee Referral Program Bonuses Responsibilities: Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health.
