As a Dentist, you will perform the following duties: Clinical Evaluation: Assess patient conditions through exams, histories, x-rays, and treatment planning Patient Treatment: Provide restorative, preventative, and anesthetic care while maintaining infection control standards Specialist Coordination: Work with medical and dental specialists and assist with onsite treatment needs Staff Supervision: Lead Dental Assistants and Hygienists, provide instruction, and evaluate work performance Operational Review: Examine office records, schedules, and procedures to ensure standards and resolve patient concerns Inventory Management: Maintain supplies, approve requests, and ensure proper security and control measures Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Part-time employment, up to 30 hours per week The work schedule is to be determined. You will not be required to work weekends. Hourly Rate: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly rate of $84.94 (before taxes). Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Graduation from an approved school of dentistry. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree. Special Requirement: You must possess a license to practice dentistry issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry. Other Requirements: Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required. PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title .
