Main duties of the job You willbe an integral part of our multidisciplinary theatre team, providing safe, high-quality and family-centred perioperative care to children undergoing a wide range of planned, urgent and emergency procedures. Working primarily within the scrub/circulating role, you will contribute to excellent surgical care and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and aseptic practice. You will be supported to develop your clinical expertise and, as your experience and competencies progress, take on greater responsibility, including coordinating theatre activity and leading the team in the absence of senior staff.
