Tasks Assess the current PMO structure and ways of working, identifying gaps against best-practice governance Design and document the target PMO operating model — roles, processes, reporting lines, and decision rights Support rollout and embedding of the new model, including stakeholder workshops and handover to BAU Requirements An independent consultant Proven hands-on experience designing and building operating models Demonstrated PMO leadership experience, ideally within a Consumer & Retail environment Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills at Senior Manager level Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
