Job summary '' Come and join our exciting Neuro Rehabilitation Team! Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking to develop your career in neurological rehabilitation? We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly and forward-thinking Neuro Rehabilitation Team. You'll be part of an exciting integrated inpatient and community rehabilitation pathway, working across our 8-bed Magnolia Lodge inpatient unit and 10 virtual community-based INCS beds. You'll work alongside a supportive and highly skilled multidisciplinary team, helping patients achieve meaningful goals, maximise their independence and successfully transition back into their own homes and communities. We are committed to providing excellent, evidence-based and person-centred neuro rehabilitation, while supporting our staff to develop their clinical skills and progress professionally. Main duties of the job Main duties of the job To provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with complex physiotherapy problems as an autonomous practitioner with clinical speciality area. To undertake line management responsibility for staff, within the service area to provide a responsive and effective service. To actively support the Team Leader and Clinical Lead in the operational management of the area and service developments on a local or service-wide level. To provide clinical education and training. To have responsibility for specific projects or initiatives contributing to the overall delivery of the service within a clinical speciality area. To be responsible for providing information to the Senior Management Team.
