Healthcare Assistant

Job summary You'll support patients through a range of healthcare reviews and clinical procedures, helping them stay well and access the care they need. Based within a skilled and supportive nursing team, you will play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate care and improving patient experience. As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with registered healthcare professionals, patients and carers. You will help deliver routine clinical care, support health monitoring, and ensure patient information is recorded accurately.
