Anesthesiologist - Long Island Ambulatory Surgery Center - Per Diem

Position Requirements Description Anesthesiologist opportunity with Long Island Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Brentwood, NY! All outpatient work with no call. ASC with 2 ORs. Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Weekdays 7a-6p. No call! Additional OT pay after-hours. • Mainly ophthalmology procedures. Comfort with peribulbar blocks preferred- offering additional training upon willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Long Island Ambulatory Surgery Center, Per Diem $285/hour (W-2/1099) EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
