Senior Community Nurse / District Nurse

Job summary PART TIME 30 HOURS PER WEEK An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community Nurse to work within our Peterborough City Team. You will be working as part of a team which includes Community Nurses (RN), Community Nursing Clinical Leads & Healthcare Assistants. You will link closely with colleagues outside of CPFT including General practitioners and other members of the multidisciplinary team to support excellent nursing care at home, reducing the necessity for acute hospital admission. The successful candidate will need to have the relevant community CPD. Main duties of the job Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
