Your mission Managing user accounts, access rights and on-/offboarding in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) Maintaining our inventory of hardware, software and licenses Supporting the implementation of security and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2), e.g. access reviews and patch management Automating recurring admin tasks with scripts and AI tools Documenting processes and configurations in Confluence Acting as first point of contact for IT questions in the team Supporting identity and policy management in Azure and Google Cloud Your profile Enrolled as student in computer science, business informatics or a related field First experience in IT administration, e.g. from an internship, a side job or your own projects Structured and reliable work and handle confidential information with care Basic scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python) Fluent in English and ideally speak German Ideally have experience with identity providers (e.g. Auth0, Entra ID), macOS/Linux environments or information security frameworks Regular attendance at our office in Frankfurt am Main is required. Our office is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Westend University Campus. Why us?
