Job summary <p>Are you a passionate and motivated <strong>Health Visitor</strong> looking to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families? We are excited to offer an opportunitiy for an <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">enthusiastic</span> <strong>Band 6 Health Visitor</strong> to join our <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive</span> and forward-thinking team.</p><p><strong>Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (health visitors)</strong> work within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services to <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">lead</span> and deliver a high quality, proactive service for children and the 0-5 Healthy <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Child</span> Programme.
