What You’ll Do Jump into the action as the scrub tech during surgical procedures Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for the OR Help maintain a sterile, safe, and efficient surgical environment Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to keep procedures flowing Support patient safety, comfort, and excellent outcomes throughout surgery What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Current CST certification (NBSTSA) BLS Healthcare Provider certification
