Position Requirements Description Opening for an anesthesiologist to join nationally recognized Christiana Care Union Hospital. Team Leadership Michael Brywka, Chief MD • General surgery, urology, and endo Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • M.D./D.O.
