Job summary Are you organised, enthusiastic and motivated, with a passion for delivering excellent patient care? We are looking for a dedicated Medical Secretary to join our friendly practice team. This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with our clinical and Administration team to provide essential secretarial and administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of our practice. Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient referrals, completing Advice and Guidance requests, maintaining referral records and processing correspondence. You will also provide administrative support across the practice, working closely with colleagues to deliver a professional and efficient service. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Main duties of the job Deal with all aspects of referrals, working with the clinicians and Administration teams Ensure all referrals are sent within the timeline the referral is requested. To complete all Advice and Guidance for clinicians Maintain a referral data base and support audits on referrals. To provide administrative support and services to all members of the practice team including reception.
