Job summary County Durham and Darlington are seeking enthusiastic midwives to join our teams working on our maternity unit at the University Hospital of North Durham or our community midwifery teams. We want you to be here, helping to shape our vision for an outstanding service that gives women and families as well as midwives an extraordinary experience. As a band 6 midwife, you will be given opportunities to work across all areas of the acute maternity services and/or community. We offer PMA support and actively support you to develop and enhance your skills through support from our CPD programme. Main duties of the job As a CDDFT Midwife, you will be committed to delivering safe, family centred care, promoting positive outcomes for mothers and babies, and upholding the standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
