Job summary <p>Are you a Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to develop your rehabilitation skills while helping people regain their independence?</p><p>Were looking for a motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Service in Luton.</p><p>Youll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating patients in their own homes as well as within rehabilitation beds. Youll manage your own caseload, working closely with patients and their families to understand what matters to them and develop personalised rehabilitation goals.</p><p>Your role will involve completing holistic physiotherapy assessments, planning and delivering appropriate interventions, reviewing progress and adapting treatment plans to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.</p><p>Youll also have the opportunity to respond to urgent referrals and develop your experience within Intermediate Care, while receiving support and supervision to continue building your clinical confidence and professional skills.</p><p>If youre passionate about rehabilitation, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and want a role where you can see the difference your interventions make to patients everyday lives, wed love to hear from you.</p><p>A UK driving licence and access to a car are required, as the role includes visiting patients within their own homes.</p><h4>Pack Main duties of the job About the Company We change lives by transforming health and care.
