EMT Paramedic - MOBILE HEALTH

The Mobile Integrated Health Community Paramedic partners with PMG teams for the care and management of patients engaged with Providence. The Community Paramedic will be assigned by a physician for initial assessment and directed management of clinical conditions, with tasks including collection of vital signs, basic physical assessment, gathering patient information, facilitating communication with providers, assisting with follow-up scheduling, using predetermined care plan protocols, and documenting in the electronic health record. Upon hire: Oregon Paramedic - Oregon Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years Experience as a paramedic for either 911, transfer service, or Mobile Integrated Health program. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in emergency Medical Services Management, Business Administration, or other related degree or Skills acquired through military experience as medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student. 5 years Experience as a paramedic in a high-performance 911 system. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
