Our brands and people exist to break boundaries; to power and empower those who want more.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>As the Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving the online commercial success of Bars &amp; Snacks. You will optimise the ecommerce strategy for these categories, ensuring commercial growth and customer engagement across global markets in line with out omni-channel business.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><em><strong>Category Performance &amp; Strategy</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement bars &amp; snacks strategies to maximise online sales, market share, and profitability.</li> <li>Analyse internal insights (sales data, pricing trends, site metrics) to make data-driven decisions that optimise category performance.</li> <li>Identify category growth opportunities, leveraging global and regional insights to tailor strategies for each market.</li> <li>Conduct frequent site audits to ensure optimal customer experience (CX) and category visibility.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Market &amp; Competitor Analysis</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Monitor external market trends, including competitor pricing, innovation, and emerging category trends.</li> <li>Leverage insights to develop category plans and influence product launches, pricing, and promotional strategies.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Brand &amp; Marketing teams to align product positioning with industry trends and customer demand.</li> <li>Collaborate with the internal Retail, Wholesale, Tiktok &amp; Amazon teams to understand insights &amp; omnichannel sales to drive online decisions.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Pricing &amp; Promotion Optimisation</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Own the pricing strategy for assigned categories, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in each market.</li> <li>Work closely with country managers to optimise pricing across Myprotein sites, balancing growth and margin targets.</li> <li>Work closely with the internal Retail, Wholesale, Tiktok &amp; Amazon teams to balance the calendar plans to drive growth across channels</li> <li>Develop and implement promotional plans, working with digital marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Partner with supply chain &amp; production teams to ensure optimal stock availability across all international warehouses.</li> <li>Collaborate with procurement, finance &amp; logistics to improve cost efficiencies and bottom-line profitability.</li> <li>Support senior stakeholders in optimising locale &amp; sales channels mix, reducing cost prices, and managing discount strategies.</li> <li>Work closely with customer service teams to address category-specific customer concerns, ensuring a customer-centric approach to category management.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain reporting processes to track category performance at a territory level.</li> <li>Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to drive category success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in Ecommerce, Category Management, or Digital Trading, ideally within retail, FMCG, or nutrition/bars &amp; snacks sectors.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li> <li>Commercial mindset with experience in pricing, promotion, and margin optimisation.</li> <li>Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across marketing, finance, supply chain, and country teams.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and ecommerce best practices.</li> <li>Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms i.e. Tableau) and ecommerce platforms.</li> <li>Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Proficiency in excel, SQL &amp;
