This role involves delivering high-quality, proactive care for children and families, improving outcomes, reducing health inequalities, and ensuring safeguarding across the community. As a Health Visitor, you will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, assess health needs, implement interventions, manage a caseload, and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners. You will also provide leadership across the team, contribute to service development, and support staff development through supervision and training. The role requires a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN Health Visiting) qualification, current NMC registration, and experience in health visiting. Desirable qualifications include leadership or management experience and experience working with commissioners or external partners. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
