Anesthesiologist (SWAT Program) - New Jersey Region - Full Time

Position Requirements Description North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking anesthesiologists to join the NAPA SWAT Program. This distinct travel opportunity allows clinicians to practice collaboratively in a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs. Reasonable rates as determined by the Rental Car Agreement. • Air travel should be a rare exception and will require pre-approval • Generous paid time off Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: MD may have one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift. • Diverse case mix. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists NAPA SWAT Program, $600K, $50/Workday for Food, Mileage/Lodging Reimbursed up to $139/night EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
