Clinical Pharmacist

Job summary We are recruiting a band 6/7 clinical pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team. Both band 6 and band 7 applicants are welcomed. The post offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic pharmacist looking to develop their clinical skills. This is also an ideal opportunity for either a newly qualified pharmacist (with hospital pharmacy experience) or an existing and ambitious band 6 pharmacist looking for a band 7 post. We will support you in your professional development. This post is a full time, permanent contract and based at Prospect Park Hospital although we also have inpatient sites in Newbury, Wokingham, Maidenhead and Slough. The postholder will be part of rotation plans which will include covering mental and community health wards, dispensary, medicines information and medicines safety. Prospect Park Hospital is based in Tilehurst, a leafy suburb of Reading, 30 mins by train from London Paddington and Waterloo stations. We offer free onsite parking, top staff accommodation less than a 5-minute walk from your base.
