Job summary HOURS: Part Time Monday 9-1, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-4 and Thursday 8-1 PLACE OF WORK: Based at both Wansford and Kings Cliffe surgeries ***** The candidates must ideally be a competent phlebotomist with SystmOne experience ****** Main duties of the job Phlebotomy BP monitoring NHS healthchecks ECG recording Chaperoning duties Organisation of stock levels and ordering Correctly labelling all specimens and ensuring their safe dispatch Vaccine/cold chain storage, monitoring and recording Cleaning and re-stocking consultation rooms About us Wansford and Kings Cliffe Surgeries are in rural villages just 10 miles west of Peterborough. (Own transport is essential) We serve over 10500 patients and have a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff lead by 2 partners and a senior management team. The nursing team is made up of a lead nurse, two practice nurses and one health care support worker. We have a CQC score of good and strive for excellence in all areas of patient care.
