Hours We are looking for part time 3 x 11.5hrs shifts per week (7.30am till 8pm) - 34.5hrs contract Salary This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary of £22,802 to £24,380 per annum. - How will we support you? You will You will contribute to and support the delivery of social care within a secure environment. Implement clinical social care packages. Assist patients, with activities of daily living, respecting individual needs, dignity and privacy in all necessary activities. Deliver healthcare work under the supervision of a qualified nurse, organise own workload and assist patients in all activities of daily living. Apply appropriate knowledge and understanding of patients individual needs, in accordance with care plans.
