Position Overview United Health Services is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join Memorial 4 Inpatient Addiction Medicine (New Horizons) at UHS Binghamton General Hospital. This dynamic nurse leadership role is ideal for an RN passionate about addiction medicine, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and inpatient nursing care. The Assistant Nurse Manager will support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients navigating recovery while promoting patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for a specialized inpatient behavioral health and addiction medicine unit.
