Main duties of the job Main Duties Respond to emergency and urgent care incidents, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. Assess patients, provide appropriate treatment, administer medications, and determine the most suitable care pathway. Safely operate emergency vehicles and transport patients when required. Work collaboratively with emergency services and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical, health and safety, and safeguarding standards. Check and maintain vehicles, equipment, and medical supplies to ensure operational readiness. Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
