Perform visitor check-in procedures and health screenings. Verify visitor authorization and issue visitor badges. Assist guests with navigation and wayfinding throughout the facility. Provide information and support to patients and families. Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient visitor management process. Professionally de-escalate challenging situations and resolve concerns. Support a positive patient and family experience across the organization. Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emotionally charged situations. Preferred Experience in healthcare, hospitality, patient services, guest services, or customer support. Experience handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
