Main duties of the job The post holder will provide specialist dietetic assessment, advice and intervention for service users within Forensic Services across Leeds and York. They will manage an independent clinical caseload, deliver training and education to staff, support healthy living initiatives, contribute to service development, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to improve physical health outcomes for people with complex mental and physical health needs. About us The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country.
