Job summary To provide high quality images in accordance with Radiation Regulations and departmental protocols and procedures. To provide comprehensive and effective day to day services within the Dental Radiology Department. To ensure that the daily workload is completed in an efficient manner and that all patients are well cared for. To supervise work of other qualified staff, assistants and students Main duties of the job Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates to work within the busy Radiology department of the University Dental Hospital Cardiff. University Dental Hospital Cardiff is the only Dental school in Wales. Training undergraduate Dentists, Dental Hygiene and Therapists and post grad students in specialist dental techniques. We undertake all aspects of Dental radiography including Intraoral, extraoral and CBCT. Once fully trained you will be encouraged to undertake student supervision. The role is Monday to Friday no on call, weekends or bank holidays.
