Main duties of the job The post holder will be a qualified Health Visitor. You will work autonomously as part of the Integrated Early Years Service (Health Visiting & Family Support) managing a designated caseload of children and families, in order to improve their health and enable them to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with other agencies to provide high quality care to children and families. Child protection work will involve gathering and analysing information to make informed assessments, appropriate referrals and participating and contributing at case conferences and core group meetings. You will support public health initiatives in line with local and national priorities which promote, protect and improve the health of the population and reduce health inequalities.
