At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work. </div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3> You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Market Access, EU West Region and work closely with Medical affairs, Market Access, Commercial locally and globally, to support BridgeBio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients with genetic rare diseases. You will own the value demonstration strategy for our products across the region, and translate it into effective patient access: design each product's evidence generation plan, drive it through to delivery, and align it with pricing and access strategy, starting in France, then extending to the other countries of the EU West region Your main responsibilities include: Evidence generation <ul> <li>Design and lead natural history studies, cohorts, registries, and analyses of medico-administrative databases (SNDS, BNDMR/ BaMaRa, rare disease network registries)</li> <li>Lead indirect comparisons in the context of single-arm trials and very small patient populations</li> <li>Develop health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) for France, then for other markets in the region</li> <li>Design real-world data collection frameworks (PUT-RD / data collection protocols) that can be reused for reassessment and in other countries</li> <li>Define the scientific publication and communication plan</li> </ul> Study management <ul> <li>Draft specifications, run tenders, and select vendors</li> <li>Convene and lead external scientific advisory committees</li> <li>Secure all required approvals (health data access, ethics committees, regulatory compliance)</li> <li>Manage the administrative, contractual, and budgetary aspects of studies</li> <li>Review and validate all deliverables (protocols, analysis plans, study reports, publications)</li> </ul> Value communication and internal expertise <ul> <li>Translate study results into actionable clinical and economic arguments</li> <li>Drive scientific dissemination (congresses, publications)</li> <li>Serve as the internal reference point on epidemiology, health economics, and health data matters</li> <li>Build and maintain a network of research agencies, academics, and institutions</li> </ul> Value and access strategy <ul> <li>Define and own the value demonstration strategy for each product across the region</li> <li>Build economic value propositions and value dossiers and ensure their local adaptation</li> <li>Contribute to pricing strategy and preparation for CEPS negotiations (e.g., positive externalities, budget impact)</li> <li>Coordinate and build the economic modelling and CEESP dossier (early scientific advice, modelling, CEESP submission, technical exchange, etc.)</li> <li>Contribute the health-economic and RWE content of early access dossiers and submissions to the Transparency Committee, in coordination with the Market Access Director, with progressively increasing ownership of Benelux dossiers</li> <li>Anticipate assessors' objections and build responses ahead of submission</li> </ul> French rare disease ecosystem <ul> <li>Build working relationships with rare disease networks, reference and competence centres, patient associations, and learned societies</li> <li>Negotiate collaborations with existing registries and cohorts</li> <li>Contribute to documenting the patient journey and disease burden</li> </ul> Function leadership and development <ul> <li>Own and arbitrate the region's HEOR and RWE budget</li> <li>Structure the function (methods, quality standards, vendor panel, review processes)</li> <li>Recruit and manage future team members</li> <li>Represent the region to global HEOR and Market Access teams</li> </ul> The above list of tasks is not exhaustive. <h3>Where You’ll Work</h3> <ul> <li>This is a France-based role</li> <li>Travel within France, a priority country, is expected, as is travel to our international office in Zug, Switzerland, for team alignment and engagement.</li> <li>Travel to other countries in the EU West region may also be required. Local team meetings and the designated office location in France are in the Paris area.</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are </h3> <ul class="List-kOVW5V UnorderedList-nqKD7g"> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">7–10 years of experience in HEOR, real-world evidence (RWE), or market access within industry, biotech, or specialized consulting</li> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">Direct, hands-on experience completing French market access dossiers, including submissions to the Transparency Committee, early access applications, and CEESP assessments</li> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">Strong knowledge of observational studies, medico-administrative databases, health economic modeling, and indirect comparisons</li> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">Proven experience managing vendors and budgets</li> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams</li> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">A background in pharmacy, medicine, epidemiology, health economics, or biostatistics, with a master’s or doctoral degree</li> <li class="ListItem-ncLgmg">Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English</li> </ul> Strongly preferred <ul> <li>Experienced in rare or ultra-rare diseases</li> <li>Experienced defending a surrogate endpoint or biomarker</li> <li>Knowledge of French rare disease networks</li> <li>Exposure to Belgian, Dutch, or Central and Eastern European systems</li> <li>Initial people management experience</li> <li>Experience in biotech or a fast-growing organization</li> </ul> Expected attributes <ul> <li>Quickly operate independently, with a strong sense of ownership</li> <li>Ability to prioritize across multiple geographies</li> <li>Critical thinking and methodological rigor</li> <li>Compelling communication in both French and English</li> <li>Directness and clarity in all exchanges</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">As a global company, our comprehensive benefits may vary based on location.  We have high expectations for our team members.
