Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient recor Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Worker at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood, you will be part of a supportive and friendly team that makes a positive difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include providing care to facilitate the recovery and well-being of patients, participating in ward rounds, and adapting care based on analyzed behaviors. This role requires resilience, compassion, and a positive attitude, as you will be working in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The position offers training and development opportunities, allowing you to achieve your career aspirations. Work hours are 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends, totaling 37.5 hours a week. You will support adults with complex needs who require a tailored, long-term recovery approach. A clinical background in treating individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and personality disorders is necessary for this role.
