Your role will involve completing holistic physiotherapy assessments, planning and delivering appropriate interventions, reviewing progress and adapting treatment plans to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Youll also have the opportunity to respond to urgent referrals and develop your experience within Intermediate Care, while receiving support and supervision to continue building your clinical confidence and professional skills.
