GP Practice Nurse/Diabetic Practice Nurse

Job summary Do you like a challenge? Are you interested in a job that is different every day? We are looking for a GP Practice Nurse or a Diabetic Practice Nurse. So if you have skills in the management of Asthma, COPD, CHD, Diabetes and/or Hypertension, and looking for a challenge this job could be just for you. We are looking for a motivated individual and hours can be flexible from 20 hours to 30 hours a week, depending on the right candidate. The exact hours will be discussed at interview. Previous applicants need not apply. Interviews will take place week commencing 2nd November 2026. Main duties of the job Will provide a full range of nursing services to the patients of the practice, including health promotion, health screening and health surveillance. Assess, diagnose and treat specific chronic diseases working within agreed medical/nursing protocols. Complete health checks, immunisation and vaccination programmes.
