This role requires strong multitasking skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care alongside our friendly team of nurses and clinicians. Responsibilities include assisting with administrative and non-nursing duties under the OPD Managers guidance, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and working closely with the Outpatients Reception Team. Flexible working hours between 08:00 18:00, Monday to Friday, are required. The role involves effective communication within the nursing and multidisciplinary team, use of electronic patient record system, participating as a team member, ensuring patients receive a friendly, efficient service, and reporting changes in patients conditions. You will share knowledge with less experienced staff, apply training to working practice, facilitate a clean environment, and manage stock control to avoid wastage. The ideal candidate should have a good general level of literacy and numeracy.
