Job summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our growing team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work across both clinic-based and school provision settings, supporting children with a wide range of speech, language, communication, and interaction needs. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism spectrum condition, developmental language disorder, speech sound difficulties, social communication needs, and other language and communication differences. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. About us Sterling Practice is a centre of expertise in speech, language, communication and neurodevelopment, with a team of highly specialist Speech and Language Therapists working alongside Occupational Therapists and other professionals. We work across clinics, schools and community settings to support children, young people and adults with a wide range of speech, language, communication and interaction needs. Our work includes assessment and intervention to develop receptive and expressive language, speech clarity, social communication, functional communication and confidence in communicating across everyday environments. Our approach combines individual and group therapy with wider support for families, schools and other professionals, ensuring communication strategies are practical, consistent and embedded within the individuals everyday life.
