Based at Swindon Intermediate Care Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering a safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmacy service that supports outstanding patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered Pharmacy Technician looking to develop their clinical and ward-based experience within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the provision of an efficient and comprehensive ward-based pharmaceutical service across our inpatient units. Working closely with pharmacists, nurses, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals, you will contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines while ensuring compliance with national and local medicines optimisation strategies. You will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services, helping to optimise prescribing practices, reduce medicines waste, and support the effective management of medication budgets.
