You'll deliver NHS contraception consultations via Evaro's AI-supported platform, working through cases at pace while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and a 24-hour turnaround standard. You'll document each consultation carefully, escalate clinical queries to the pharmacist when needed, and operate confidently within your scope of practice. Alongside consultations, you'll support the dispensing team, help manage prescription workflows, and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy operation. This is a role for someone who's composed under pressure and genuinely cares about how patients experience their care. You'll build consultation volume progressively as you settle into the role.
