Perform imaging exams ensuring excellent patient care. Support operational management of the imaging department. Mentor junior radiographers and support staff. Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R and radiation safety standards. Participate in quality assurance and service improvement. Collaborate with clinicians for seamless patient care. Contribute to training and professional development. Participate in on-call and flexible working as needed. What you'll bring: Degree/Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography. Current HCPC registration. Significant post-registration experience. Strong knowledge of radiation safety and governance. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to patient-centred care. Experience mentoring colleagues.
