Provide clinical leadership and expertise in complex rehabilitation, including respiratory management and tracheostomy care. Supervise, mentor and develop junior physiotherapy staff, promoting clinical excellence and continuous professional development. Work collaboratively within the MDT to deliver integrated, patient-centred rehabilitation. Drive service development, implementing clinical protocols, guidelines and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Champion the use of advanced rehabilitation technology, including robotics and smart therapy equipment, to support functional recovery. Build strong relationships with patients, families and carers, ensuring rehabilitation is personalised, goal-driven and consistent throughout the patient journey.
