Main duties of the job Join our Market Deeping service as a Support Worker where daily activities are tailored to individual interests and aspirations. Your role involves helping people make the most of life by providing person-centred support and personal care, encouraging activities, supporting communication, following care plans, and promoting independence, safety, and well-being. You will support individuals with learning disabilities to thrive and live as independently as possible. The position offers up to £12.90 per hour, a refer a friend bonus, full training, career development opportunities, and discounts. Requirements include a calm, patient approach, experience, team player skills, a full UK driving license, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
