As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will: Deliver specialist assessments and interventions for service users with communication and/or swallowing difficulties. Manage a designated caseload, planning and evaluating interventions to support positive outcomes. Demonstrate specialist skills in managing complex cases, including those involving cultural and linguistic differences. Develop and implement appropriate strategies for effective caseload management. Lead therapeutic group sessions and provide individual interventions where required. Undertake audits and contribute to service development and research initiatives. Provide specialist knowledge in areas such as acquired communication disorders, swallowing disorders, and mental health-related communication needs. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support recovery-focused care.
