Job summary We have exciting opportunities for a motivated HCSW to join our team. Our Cardiology & General Medical Ward, closely connected to the North Wales Cardiothoracic Centre, is a busy and supportive environment where teamwork is essential and every member of the team is committed to delivering a high standard of compassionate, patient-centred care. We are seeking a Health Care Support Worker who can provide safe, respectful and attentive support to patients, assist with daily care needs, communicate clearly with colleagues, and contribute positively to the smooth running of the ward. Working alongside registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help maintain patient comfort, dignity and safety while supporting effective patient flow. Main duties of the job Assist the registered nurse/practitioner to deliver a high standard of holistic patient care, ensuring that the patients` dignity and equality is maintained at all times. We specialise Cardiology working closely alongside other cardiology departments to provide emergency care for patients for all of North Wales Teamwork is our priority, priding ourselves on providing evidence based, holistic and individualised care for our patients and their families.
