Primary Care Physician North Lakeland, Florida · Full-Time · On I-4 between Tampa and Orlando WHY THIS ONE $230,000 to $250,000 base, negotiable , plus a bonus of up to 25% of salary paid quarterly. For most physicians this is a job change, not a move. North Lakeland sits on I-4, about 35 miles from Tampa and 55 from Orlando. A team-based practice. You work alongside a Practice Administrator and a Case Manager, so the coordination and follow-up that usually lands on the physician is shared. A market that is still growing fast. WHAT WE ARE SCREENING FOR MD, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Active Florida medical license or eligibility, active DEA, current BLS and ACLS Experience in a Medicare Advantage or value-based care setting Physicians practicing under a Florida Area of Critical Need certificate are considered with 10 or more years of experience Bilingual skills are not required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
