Your work will be hands-on and fast-paced, allowing you to further develop and refine your clinical and professional skills. We welcome applications from both experienced nurses and those who are newly qualified, and if you're a newly qualified nurse or midwife, our i-belong Preceptorship Programme will provide you with an excellent foundation to kickstart your career in nursing and midwifery. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including working independently in both surgical and community treatment centres. Through our comprehensive training, you'll have the opportunity to expand your competencies, mastering skills such as ultrasound scanning, implant and coil fitting, and more. As you progress and develop your skills, you'll be rewarded for your growth and achievements within MSI UK. Main duties of the job A Different Kind of Midwifery Role Imagine a midwifery role where you can focus on delivering excellent care without night shifts or regular bank holiday working. At MSI UK, we want our teams to feel supported, confident and able to thrive, both professionally and personally. During your first six months, you'll receive structured training and support in our Marston Green Regional Treatment Centre to help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for the role. Once fully trained, you'll have the opportunity to run your own clinical lists within GP surgery settings across Derby and Nottinghamshire, delivering high-quality, client-centred reproductive healthcare. Travel 1-2 times per week to support with clinical lists in our Marston Green centre is essential and any travel outside of the Derby or Nottinghamshire centre will be reimbursed. You'll be supported throughout your journey, with your Clinical Team Leaders on hand to provide guidance and reassurance whenever you need it.
